Sony Xperia 10 III Review | The good, bad and very ugly
Reviewing the Sony Xperia 10 III after a week of full-time use, testing that camera tech, gaming performance, battery life and other bits. This 5G phone is budget-friendly vs the other Mark 3 Sony smartphones of 2021, but it’s also flawed in many ways. Here’s my final verdict of the Xperia 10 III, following my unboxing video.

While this mid-range phone sports similar design to the flagship Sony Mobile blowers, those specs have been cut down quite a bit to hit this price. The camera hardware is rather limited, struggling indoors and in imperfect conditions. Performance is also basic versus other budget-ready 5G smartphones, although fine for gaming on PubG and CoD Mobile.

Battery life is excellent however, while I like the Xperia 10 III’s 6-inch OLED screen despite its limitations. Audio quality is also great, with Hi-Res and LDAC support. And I love features like the one-handed mode and Remote Play for Playstation game streaming.

Check back soon for my unboxing of the Xperia 1 and 5 III!
